All I have to do is insert the word Realtor each time Harlan says writer and that would describe the industry I will be leaving shortly. He is completely right that he should be paid for the work he does as anyone should. Why are we so desperate that what we do has no value? All you have to do is stand up for yourself like he did - you have nothing to lose because you're being asked to give what you do away for free anyway... Oh yeah, really nice portfolio of work Scott. I do all the real estate photography for my listings and was looking around at other photographer's work. Very nice.
